Referral Program Terms & Conditions

These Referral Program Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Lease End Referral Program (“Program”). By participating, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Disqualifications

Participants must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be a legal resident of the United States of America and 18 years of age or older.
• Not refer themselves or any entity in which they have a direct or indirect ownership interest (self-referrals are not valid).
• Ensure the Referred party is an eligible participant and not subject to any disqualifications.
• Referrals that appear fraudulent, manipulative, unethical, or otherwise in violation of these Terms may be disqualified at Lease End's sole discretion.
• Lease End reserves the right to review eligibility, revoke individual participation, and request repayment of rewards if any participant is found to be ineligible or in violation of these Terms.

2. Referral Requirements

• A referral occurs when an eligible participant (“Referrer”) successfully refers another eligible individual or entity (“Referred”) to Lease End.
• Referrals must be submitted through the Program’s designated process. Referrals submitted outside the approved process may be disqualified.

3. Reward Eligibility

• Rewards are earned only when the Referred party completes a Lease End buyout that reaches a funded state. No reward is issued if the lease buyout is not completed, canceled, or otherwise not funded.
• Reward payments are made solely by Lease End, and payment liability rests with Lease End, not with any third-party payment processor.

4. Reward Payment

• Rewards will be issued to both Referrer and Referred via e-transfer to the participant's entered payment card.
• All transactions will be fully PCI compliant.
• Payment will be made no more than 120 days after the qualifying lease buyout reaches funded status.
• Rewards are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and may not be redeemed for cash except where specified.

5. Program Limitations

• Lease End reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, and to update these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
• Participation in the Program does not create any employment or agency relationship between participants and Lease End.
• Lease End may review and audit participant activity to ensure compliance with these Terms, and may revoke participation or request repayment of rewards in its sole discretion.

6. Taxes and Reporting

• Participants are responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations associated with receiving rewards under the Program.
• Lease End may provide participants with any required tax reporting documents (e.g., Form 1099) as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Lease End is not responsible for any technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, or for any delays, failures, or errors in processing referrals.
• By participating, participants release Lease End from any liability arising out of or related to the Program or rewards.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Miscellaneous

• If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the participant and Lease End regarding the Program and supersede all prior agreements or communications.
