Lease End SMS Program
By opting in, you consent to receive recurring customer care text messages from Lease End (and its service providers) related to your account and lease buyout, such as account updates, document requests, and signing and appointment reminders, at the mobile number you provided to us or from which you text us. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any property or services. You may revoke this consent at any time by replying STOP. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You will receive a reply text message to confirm your signup. Your opt-in signifies your agreement to these terms.
Terms and Conditions
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency will vary by user. We reserve the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time. To participate, you must have a text messaging enabled mobile device with a text messaging plan. Not all mobile devices may be supported and text messaging may not be available in all areas. We and our service providers and the supported mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

If you need assistance, text the keyword HELP to the number from which text messages are being sent at any time to receive customer care contact information.
Cancellation
Text the keyword STOP to the number from which text messages are being sent at any time to no longer receive text messages. After you text STOP, you will receive one additional message confirming that your request has been processed. If you cancel from one of our text message programs, you may continue to receive text messages from Lease End through any other program you have joined separately until you separately cancel from those programs. You may also continue to receive messages via text related to a transaction or lease buyout you have in progress with us until that transaction is complete.
Opt-In
You may opt in to receive text messages from Lease End in any of the following ways:
- by checking the SMS consent box and submitting your mobile number through a form on our website or during our online lease buyout flow;
- by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages while speaking with a Lease End representative; or
- by texting us first from your mobile device.
